Initial operation
Danger of explosion
!
Do not operate batteries outdoors,
on highways, in potentially explosive rooms
or in rooms containing electrically
conductive dust.
Explosive gases can occur when batteries
are being charged. Do not smoke, use
naked flames or generate sparks near
batteries or the battery charger!
When charging batteries, do not cover the
air slots on the battery charger. Open the
hood of the cleaning unit during the
charging process.
Connect the mains plug on the battery
charger to an earthed 230 V mains
socket.
The charging process begins
automatically.
Maintenance
The battery charger is maintenance-free.
As some parts are subject to wear, we
recommend having the battery charger
checked regularly by an electrician.
The battery charger may be opened and
repaired by an electrician only. Please
consult your customer service.
