Note
The drive direction can also be changed
during the drive. You can thus clean very
dirty surfaces by driving back and forth a
couple of times.
In case of overloading, the drive motor auto-
matically switches off after a certain period.

Allow machine to cool down at least for
15 minutes.
Î
Press again the drive fuse on the oper-
ating panel.
Note
The detergent supply and brush drive are
interrupted till further movement if the de-
vice stands at one place for more than 2
seconds.
Î
Press accelerator pedal and drive to the
surface to be cleaned.
Î
Adjust brush contact pressure using the
Brush Contact Pressure switch (4 stages).
In cleaning mode, the highest speed is lim-
ited to Stage II.
Note
Very dirty floors can be cleaned in two
rounds. In the first work step, the detergent
liquid is applied and brushed in. The vacu-
um bar is raised by pressing the Raise/Low-
er Vacuum Bar switch. In the BD model,
the rear spray guard (Aqua-Mizer) also
needs to be removed. The surface is
cleaned normally in the second step after
the detergent has worked normally.
Note
After raising the cleaning head, drive further
approx. 5 m so that the remaining water is
sucked off.

Park the machine on an even surface.

Turn key to "0" and remove it.
Note
Overflow dirt water tank. The suction flow is
interrupted by the swimmer when the dirt wa-
ter tank is full. Empty the dirt water reservoir.

Take the dirt water discharge hose from
the support and lower above a suited
collection device.

Let off dirt water by opening the screw
lid at the discharge hose.

Rinse the dirt water tank with clear wa-
ter.

Clean the swimmer and check the
movement of the swimmer ball.

Rinse the dirt water tank with clear wa-
ter.

Pull out the drain hose for fresh water
(located behind the drain hose for dirt
water) and lower it into a suitable collec-
tion system.

Let off detergent by opening the screw
lid at the discharge hose.

Lift the cleaning head.

Turn key to "0" and remove it.

Loosen the cross-handle of the spray
guard and tilt the spray guard to the
side.

Remove the waste container.

Empty the waste container and rinse
with water.
Danger
Risk of injury! When loading or unloading
the machine, it may only be operated on
gradients of max. 2%. Drive slowly.

Remove vacuum bar, brushes and
spray guard from the device.
Î
If you want to transport the machine on
a vehicle secure it from slipping using
belts/ ropes.
