Replacing the sealing strips

Front sealing strip

 Loosen the fastening of the sealing

strip

 Replace sealing strip

 Don’t tighten the sealing strip yet

 Adjust the ground clearance of the

sealing strip such that there is a

spacing of 10  15 mm toward the

back

 Align the sealing strip

 Tighten the fixing screws of the

sealing strip

Rear sealing strip

 Remove the swept material

container

 Unscrew the fastening of the

sealing strip

 Replace sealing strip

 Tighten the fixing screws of the

sealing strip

Side sealing strips

 Loosen the fastening of the sealing

strip

 Replace sealing strip

 Don’t tighten the sealing strip yet

 Slide a support under it with

1  2 mm thickness to adjust the

ground clearance

 Align the sealing strip

 Tighten the fastenings of the

sealing strip

Replacing the dust filter

 Wear a dust protection mask when

working on the filter system

 Observe the safety precautions for

handling fine dust

 Lock the hand brake

 Remove the swept material

container

 Remove safety cotter pin of the

shaker rod

 Pull out rod.

 Loosen fastening screws.

 Loosen fastening screws.

 Remove sheet steel chassis

 Replace the dust filter

Note:

Make sure that the vanes remain

undamaged when mounting the new

filter
