Screw hand screw in again.

Fold cover in again.
Moving the sweep machine with
own drive

Lock the hand brake.

Open unit cover.
!
Turn freewheel spigot at hydraulic
pump by 90°.

Close unit cover.
EACH TIME BEFORE OPERATION
General instructions

Park the sweep suction machine on
a level surface.
!
Remove the ignition key.
!
Lock the hand brake.
Inspection and maintenance work
!
Check function of the parking
brake.
!
Check operation of illumination and
lighting system
!
Check operation of signalling and
warning systems
!
Check the tyre air pressure.

Clean filter.
!
Empty the swept material
container.

Check the engine oil level.
!
Check fuel tank level, refuel, if
necessary.

Check the (fill) level of the hydraulic
oil.

Check cooling water level.

Check the side brush.

Check the sweep roller.

Established deficiencies must be
removed immediately or the vehicle
must be left still.
Adjust driver seat
•
The driver's seat can be adapted to
differently sized drivers by
changing the seat position.
!
Pull lever outwards.
!
Reposition the seat, release lever.
!
Check the seat is locked in position
by moving it forwards and
backwards.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Start-up the machine
!
Sit on the driver seat.
!
Lock the hand brake.
!
Raise main brush and shut it down.
!
Raise the side brushes and put
them out of action.
