Wind the high pressure hose in uniform
layers on the hose drum by rotating the
crank. Select the rotation direction in
such a way that the high pressure hose
does not get bent.

Unlock the safety bolt by turning it and
pull it out toward the side.
Î
Slide the high pressure cleaner into the
square pipes of the appliance frame.
Î
Slide in the safety bolt and lock it by
turning it.
Î
Connect the hoses of the high pressure
cleaner to the hose couplers of the MC 50.
The hoses are non-confusable.
Danger
Risk of injury on account of high pressure
jet. Based on the short spray lance, only flat
spray nozzles of the sizes listed in the
specification must be used. Operation with
point stream nozzles and rotor nozzles (dirt
grinder) is prohibited.

Risk of explosion!
Do not spray flammable liquids.
If the appliance is used in hazardous areas
(e.g. filling stations) the corresponding
safety provisions must be observed.

Clean engines only at places with corre-
sponding oil separators (environmental
safety).
The jet must not be directed at other per-
sons or directed by the user at him/herself
to clean clothing or footwear.

Roll off the high pressure hose totally
from the hose drum.
Î
Turn switching valve to "high pressure".
Î
Apply parking brake of the MC 50.
Î
Start the engine of the MC 50.
Î
Set the motor speed according to the
desired cleaning performance.
Î
Set the switch "Switch on working hy-
draulics" on the MC 50 to "1".
Î
Switch on the "Jump seat contact switch".
Î
Unlock the hand-spray gun and pull the
lever of the gun.
Î
Close the hand spray gun.
Î
Set the switch "Switch on working hy-
draulics" on the MC 50 to "0".
Î
Switch off the engine of the MC 50.
Î
Activate hand spray gun until device is
pressure-less.
Î
Press the safety lever of the hand-spray
gun to secure the lever of the pistol
against being released accidentally.
Î
Insert the hand-spary gun in the holder.
Î
Wind up the high-pressure hose on the
hose drum. Push in the handle of the
crank to block the hose drum.
Caution
Frost will destroy the not completely water
drained device.
Store the appliance in a frost free area.
Î
Drain water.
Î
Pump in conventional frost protection
agents through the appliance.
Install the high pressure
cleaner onto the MC 50
