IMPORTANT
The unit is designed for vacuuming
dry, non-inflammable, health
hazardous dust from machines and
devices; Dust Category "M" acc. to
EN 60 335-2-69: 1999 Annex AA.

order to keep within the prescribed

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
¾
The unit has two operating modes:
•
Industrial vacuuming mode
(socket not in use)
•
Dust removal (socket in use)
¾
First, connect the vacuum hose.
Then, depending on the operating
mode, attach the suction nozzle or
connect the hose to the dust-
producing device.
Do not operate the vacuum cleaner
without the filter element, as this
would damage the vacuum motor.
The increased amount of expelled
fine dust would be a health hazard!
Horn

The horn (2) sounds when the
paper filter bag is full
Note:

The horn (2) is activated if the
pressure decreases
♦
The scale (1) must therefore be
adjusted to the appropriate cross-
section of the vacuum hose.
Dry VACUUMING
Manual mode
♦
The NT 611 Eco M can be used to
remove all types of dust up to Dust
Category “M”.
♦
The NT 611 Eco M model is
designed for industrial vacuuming
purposes and can also be used as
portable devices for the removal of
dry, non-inflammable dust of MAK
values.
♦
The unit is fitted with a gauge to
indicate variations in the operating
pressure and includes a cleaning
function. This ensures that during
vacuuming the air speed inside
the vacuum hose never falls below
20 m/s .
♦
The flat pleated filter and the
paper filter bag must never be
removed when vacuuming.

Unlock and remove the suction

Replace the suction head and lock
it in place

Insert the power plug

Switch on the unit and start using
it
