Figure 5
The snails (3) are fastened to the drive
shaft (4) using shearing bolts (1) and safety
splints (2). The bolts are designed in such
a way that they break (shear off) when the
snail comes in contact with foreign bodies.
This protects the machine against damag-
es. These parts should only be replaced by
original spare parts (Spare bolts and safety
splints are included in standard delivery).
Î
Remove broken bolts (1) and safety
splint (2); clean and lubricate the fas-
tening point.
Î
Use new shearing bolts and new safety
splint.
Figure 8
Note:
The replacement bolts and safety
splints can be fastened to the dashboard.
Figure 4
Î
Remove screws (5) and nuts (6).
Î
Replace the clearing plate (4).
Î
Fasten new clearing plate to the casing
using screws and nuts.
Figure 4
Î
Remove nuts (2) and screws (3).
Î
Loosen the landing skids (1) on both the
sides of the casing.
Î
Adjust the new landing skids (see "Ad-
justing the landing skids").
Figure 9
If necessary, if the chute can no longer be
rotated completely, the chute adjustment
bar can be adjusted.
Î
Remove splint.
Î
Pull the adjustment bar back a bit and
install it into the second installation hole
by means of the spint.
