button is not applicable for the programs “Dough” (impasto) and “Kneading” (impasta”).

LOAF button (PESO)

Press this button to select the Loaf size of the bread. Please note the total operation time may

vary with the different loaf size. This button is not applicable for the program “Quick” (Veloce),

“Dough” (Impasto), “Cake” (Torta), “Kneading” (Impasta) and “Bake” (Cuoci).

DELAY time function

If you want the appliance does not start working immediately, you can use this button to set the
delay time.
It allows you to delay the bread making process up to 13 hours, by simply pressing TIME. Please
note the delay time should include the baking time of program. That is, at the completion of delay

time, there is hot bread can be serviced. At first, select the program (MENU button) and the de

gree of browning (DORATURA button), then press

TIME

+ or

TIME

- to increase or decrease the

delay time at the intervals of 10 minutes.
Example: Now it is 8:30p.m, if you would like your bread to be ready the next morning at 7 o’clock,
i.e., after 10 hours and 30 minutes. Select the program (MENU), the browning level (DORATURA)
and the size of the loaf (PESO) by using the proper buttons. Press the TIME + or TIME – button
to add the time until 10:30 appears on the

LCD display

. Then press the STOP/START button

to activate this delay program. You can see the dots flashing and the LCD display will show the

countdown for the remaining time. You will get fresh bread at 7:00 in the morning, which will
remain warm for about 1 hour. In fact, if you don’t want to take out the bread immediately, the
keeping warm time of 1hour starts.

Note: 1. This button is not applicable for the program Bake (Cuoci).

2. With this function, it is recommended not to use fresh and highly perishable ingredients,

such as eggs, fresh milk, fruits, onions, etc.

KEEP WARM FUNCTION (In caldo)

Bread can be automatically kept warm for 60 minutes after baking. If you would like to take the

bread out, switch the program off by pressing the

START/STOP

button.

MEMORY

If the power supply has been broken off during the course of bread making, the process of bread

making will continue automatically within 10 minutes, even without pressing any button. If the
power outage exceeds 10 minutes, the memory cannot be kept and the bread maker must be
restarted. However, if the device has not passed the stage of the dough process before the inter-
ruption, you can press the “

START/STOP

” button to continue the program from the beginning.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF USE

The machine may work well in a wide range of temperatures, but there could be a difference in

loaf size between a very warm room and a very cold room. The room temperature recommended
for better utilization of bread machine must be from 15 to 34°C.

WARNING DISPLAY:

1. If the display shows “

” after pressing the

START/STOP

button, the temperature inside the

machine is still too high (accompanied by 5 beep sounds). Turn the power off, open the lid and

allow to cool for about 10-20 minutes.
