12.2 Connect ALC to web-enabled device via WLAN/USB

version of Windows.

Web-enabled devices are PCs, notebooks, notepads etc. with a browser for displaying
internet content.
12.2.1 Connect via WLAN using Windows 7
Set up WLAN on the ALC

Set up WLAN on the ALC (

The ALC sets up a hotspot.
Set up WLAN on the web-enabled device

1. Click on the network icon in the Windows taskbar

The window in the figure on the left appears.
2. Make sure that the ALC with the SSID

The serial number is on the type label on the rear panel of the ALC.
