The right or left arm of models
T403G-1L / T413G-1L
and
T403G-2L / T413G-2L
consists of
conduits (1) and a rigid arm (3).
For the
T403-1 / T413-1
model, this applies to the right-hand or left-hand arm. The left arm consists
of conduits (1) onto which an arm carrier (2) is welded.
A pressure plate (4), model T403G-1L / T413G-1L, or pressure plates (5), model T403G-2L / T413G-
2L, are mounted so that they swing in the arm carrier (2). For the
T404-1 / T414-1
model and
T403G-2L / T413G-2L
, this applies to the right-hand or left-hand arm.
Both arms of the model
T404-1L / T414-1L
consist of hollow guide sections (1) onto which an arm
carrier (2) is welded. A pressure plate (4) is mounted so that it swings in the arm carrier (2).
Both arms of the model
T404-2L / T414-2L
consist of conduits (1) onto which an arm carrier (2) is
welded. Two pressure plates (5) per arm are mounted so that they swing in the arm carrier (2).
The pressure plates of the arms have rubber coverings that are glued or screwed on and that are
adapted to the load requirements
.
3.3
Proper use of the equipment
All m
odels are suitable for the lifting and transport of “white appliances”, e.g. washing machines,
refrigerators etc.
Proper use of the machine and/or equipment includes the following:
Observance of the operating manual at all times.
Observance of the technical data on the identification plate on the attachment.
Adherence to the specified inspection and maintenance instructions.
3.4
Improper use
Exceeding the allowable load capacity and load centre.
Dragging or pushing loads with the attachment
Transporting persons with the load or load handling devices
Mounting auxiliary equipment on the attachment such that the original mode of usage
is changed, (e.g. fork extensions) must be authorised by the manufacturer.
