ters übereinstimmen.

Einbau und Inbetriebnahme

3.1
Die Spindel ist für Kühlung
über den Spindelträger ausgelegt.
3.2
An Sperrluft-Anschluß
Druckluftschlauch

=6mm in Pfeilrichtung
aufsetzen
und anschließen.
3.2.1
Zugeführte Druckluft von min-
destens 0,5 bis 1 bar muß trocken und
staubfrei sein. Es dürfen keinerlei
Fremdkörper oder Schmierstoffe zuge-
führt werden.
Achtung!
Nur schmutz-, wasser-, und ölfreie
Druckluft verwenden!
3.3
Die SF-Motorspindel EWL
4040 bzw. 4042 ist gegen das Eindrin-
gen von Schmutz und Kühlmittel abge-
dichtet, darf aber nicht von Kühl- oder
Schmiermitteln überflutet werden.
3.4
Betrieb in jeder Arbeitsstellung
zwischen horizontal und vertikal (Werk-
zeug nach unten) möglich unter Ver-
wendung von Kühlung durch Spindel-
träger oder externem Kühlmantel.

3.1
The spindle is designed for
cooling via the spindle support.
3.2
Fit the compressed air hose

and connect up.
3.2.1
The input of compressed air
from min. 0,5 bar to max. 1 bar (7 to
max. 14 psi) must be dry and dustfree.
It must not contain any foreign bodies
or lubricants.
Attention!
Use only compressed air free from
dirt, water and oil!
3.3
The HF-Motor spindle EWL
4040 and/or EWL 4042 is sealed up
against penetration of dirt and coolant
but must not be flooded with coolant or
lubricant.
3.4
Operation is possible in all
working positions both horizontal and
vertical (tool showing down), with coo-
ling through the spindle support or ex-
ternal cooling sheath.
