5.2 Positioning the patient simulator
CAUTION
Adjustment of the patient simulator position is associated with a risk
of getting pinched.
Various parts of the height adjustment move along when the patient simulator
position is adjusted.

Stand back from the simulator.
CAUTION
Height adjustment of the patient simulator position is associated with
a risk of getting pinched.
The swivel mechanism moves along when the height is adjusted.
▶
Always position the patient simulator using both hands.
Note
Do not sit on or lean against the back rest or patient simulator. The height
adjustment can become damaged.
Note
Do not push the patient simulator downwards with force.
5.2.1 Pivot the patient simulator left or right
The patient simulator can be swung out of the middle position 45
o
to the left or
right, for example when space is tight.
