8 Troubleshooting

Error 11 (1200) - Dust con‐
tainer.
The dust container was
pulled out or the micro
switch has malfunctioned.

Dust container was not re-
inserted after being
cleaned.

▶ Re-insert the dust con‐

tainer.

Micro switch is soiled or
faulty.

▶ Clean micro switch cam

or replace micro switch.

Error 23 (1200) - faulty EE‐
PROM.
Faulty EEPROM compo‐
nent.

The EEPROM is tested
when switching on the unit
with the on/off switch. This
error is returned if the com‐
ponent is faulty or has an
intermittent malfunction.
After choosing the Save
button to confirm, you can
continue to use the extrac‐
tor unit but, if there is a
faulty component, custom‐
er-specific data will not be
read from the EEPROM or
stored.

error recurs, inform after-

sales service.

Error 24 (1200)- filter sta‐
tus.
Suction paths (plugged) or
filter full
LED "Malfunction" shines.

Suction paths are dirty or
filter is plugged, perhaps
by foreign bodies. If the
display "Filter full" lights up
within 60 seconds (3x se‐
quentially) after cleaning,
this error is displayed.

Error 25 (1200) - Low pres‐
sure error
Low pressure not created
despite an activated ex‐
traction motor.

Faulty extraction motor.
