Performing a Hymn
The Hymn Player allows complete beginners to ‘conduct’ hymns by simply tapping the keyboard with a
steady rhythm and tempo.
2. Selecting a hymn
Enter Hymn Player mode.
Press and hold the MUSIC button, then press the key to which
the desired hymn is assigned.
The number and name of the selected hymn will be shown in
the LCD display.

3. Performing the selected hymn
Press a key on the keyboard with a constant steady beat.
The hymn will advance with every key that is pressed. Pressing
the keys gently will produce a soft sound, while pressing heavily
will produce a loud sound.
* Press the SOUND SELECT buttons to select the desired sound to be used
for hymn playback.
* Press the

buttons to adjust the volume of the left/right-hand
parts of the hymn.
The hymn will repeat continuously from the beginning.
Steady Beat and Normal playing modes
By default, the Hymn Player will use the ‘Steady Beat’ playing
mode, allowing hymns to be performed by simply tapping any
key with a constant beat.
Press the FUNCTION button to show the current playing mode
in the LCD display, then press the FUNCTION button again to
select ‘Normal’ playing mode for a more challenging playing
experience.

4. Exiting Hymn Player mode
Press the MUSIC button to exit Hymn Player mode and return to normal operation.
