depress the start lever several
times after the flame is turned off.
Step on it for a few times, the
water in the cylinder will be
drained from the exhaust pipe, and
then use a fan to blow on the
mouth of the oil dipstick for a few
minutes.
Warning: In safety sake, the spark
plug should be wrapped with dry
cloth to avoid spark jumping.
Incorrect mixing of air and fuel
Clean the fuel tank vent pipe,
adjust the air filter duct
Open exhaust valve
