SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE:
Max load 120 kg.
• Warm up properly before exercising.
• The product is intended for stationary
exercising in the home. It can also be used
for aerobic fitness training.
• Check that all the parts are undamaged
and correctly assembled before use. Place
the product on a level surface before use.
Place a mat or other covering under the
equipment.
• Wear suitable clothing and shoes. Do not
wear clothes that can fasten in any part of
the equipment.
• Consult a doctor before using the product,
or starting an exercise programme. This is
particularly important if you are 35 or older
or have health issues. For the exercising to
produce results it is important not only to
exercise fairly often, but also to plan days of
rest.
• To avoid injury you must warm up all your
body before you start exercising. After
exercising it is recommended to relax and
cool down.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance
from the product when in use. The product
is only intended for adults. Leave at least 2
metres of free space around the product
when in use.
• Do not use the product within 1 hour after
large meal.
• If you experience chest pains, nausea,
dizziness or shortness of breath, stop
exercising at once and consult a doctor
before continuing.
• Avoid exercising when you are ill.
