NOTICE
1. Any load added to a bicycle will lessen the stability of the bicycle and alter its riding characteristics. Do not attempt
to carry a load that is heavier than you can readily control. Match the load ot your weight, strength and size.
2. Keep this instruction manual handy for reference when moving the bicycle child carrier to another bicycle or
doing maintenance or makding adjustments to the bicycle.
3. The bicycle, to which the child carrier is attached, must be in good working order, of a type appropriate for
the additional load and of a proper size and adjustment for the rider. The cyclist should consult the
information supplied with the bicycle or obtain information from the manufacturer or supplier of the bicycle
to determine how to make the necessary adjustments. A properly sized and adjusted bicycle will improve
both the comfort and safety of the ride.
4. Before each use, check to determine that all fasteners are in place and secure. Check them frequently and
ensure that they have not loosened due to vibration.
5. Always remove the child carrier from the bicycle when the bicycle is being transported on a motor vehicle.
This is necessary because the force of the high wind on the child carrier to the point where it may not
perform reliably. This carrier has been designed for easy and rapid removal from the support bar assembly.
When reattaching the child carrier, check all fasteners and tighten as required.
6. Always remove the child carrier from the bicycle and store in a dry location when not in used. Child carrier
should be stored indoors away from elements which may compromise the reliability of the carrier.
TIPS
1. Carry extra clothing for your child, such as a windbreaker, sweater, etc. You are active while cycling; the
child is inactive and may feel cooler than you do.
2. Carry an air pump and repair kit, complete with all necessary tools, to repair a tire or tighten nuts, bolts, etc.
3. Young children are very sensitive to the UV rays from the sun. You can reduce the damaging effects of the
sun’s UV rays by wearing appropriate clothing, apply sunscreen lotions and wearing UV protective sunglasses.
ATTENTION
The responsible cyclist is the most important safety factor in the safe use of a bicycle child
carrier. You are responsible for the safety and security of your child. Maintain awareneess of
road and riding conditions at all times. Be attentive to the needs of the child. Check your
bicycle and child carrier requrently to confirm that thtey are in safe operating condition and
that all component parts are securely fastened.

1. Remove screw and washer from bottom of pedestal.
2. Insert pedestal tabs into tab slots on front of child seat base.
3. Turn seat and pedestal upside down and reinsert screw and washer through seat
base and into bottom of pedestal.
NOTE: When securing hardware, apply normal hand tightening using the tools
supplied/required. Torque requirement 10Nm.
