When installing the new burner, be careful not to touch
the glass with your bare hands. This would cause
stains that burn in during operation. If you happen to
touch the glass, use alcohol to clean it carefully.
Press one side of the clamp downwards, then take
the new burner and place it into its exact position by
paying attention to the recess in the socket. After that,
press the socket downwards on the opposite side until
it locks into place. Connect the plug to the ignition unit.

When installing the reflector, the wider part of the
high-grade steel ring must be directed towards the
centreline of the shoulder tanner. Place the reflector
in position as shown in figure 5-6-7, then press it
downwards and turn to the right while keeping it pressed
down. Pay attention that you do not twist the socket.

Insert the chrome cover into the slots of the shoulder-
tanner casing, press it down to ensure a snug fit and
screw it on. Position the reflector correctly under the
chrome covering. To do so, press the reflector slightly
to align it.

Attach the outer covering vertically and tighten the screw.
Every 600 hours of operation, the burners of the shoulder tanner
have to be replaced. Let the tanning system cool down before
you replace the burner. Disassembly and assembly of the bur-
ners must only be carried out by trained expert staff. The base
pane must remain tilted downwards during dismantling and re-
assembly.
Important: Do not operate the shoulder tanner without lamp unit.
