KBL STANDARD WARRANTY
KBL warrants your tanning unit to be free of structural defects in its material and workmanship, under normal use, for its rated lifetime. KBL will repair or replace, at
their discretion, any defect to the structure which affects the performance of the unit.
This warranty is good for 2 years from the date of purchase. KBL will provide replacements for parts that prove to be defective in material or workmanship. Acrylics,
lamps, starters, igniters, fi lter glass, and fi lter pads are excluded from this warranty along with any other, what are considered, consumable items in the units. There
are special circumstances where these items may be replaced under warranty. Normal wear, damage from misuse or abuse, damage incurred during transit or
damage done by unauthorized repairs or modifi cations are not covered by this warranty. Any damages caused by low or high voltage of the power supply are not
covered by the warranty. In the case of low or high voltages an authorized buck/boost transformer must be used. Any damage caused by incorrect plug connections
is not covered.
KBL issues a 90 day labor warranty from the date of install, if KBL , or any of its authorized dealers/distributors, or certifi ed technician conducts the installation and all
install requirements were met at the time of installation unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the date of install.
KBL disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fi tness for any period beyond the expressed warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long any
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
No one has authority to change or modify this standard warranty in any respect.
To obtain service under the standard warranty, contact: KBL at 618-624-6000 and ask for the Tanning Departments service desk, or your dealer/distributors service
department.
KBL shall not be liable or responsible for loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, rental or substitute products, loss of business, loss of income, or any other incidental
or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not
apply to you. This warranty gives you specifi c, legal rights and you may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
All warranty service must be performed by an authorized and certifi ed service person. If the tanning unit must be returned for service, all freight charges must be at
your expense. Contact your dealer/distributor for the address of the KBL Service Center nearest you. Proof of purchase is required to obtain warranty service.
This warranty covers the original purchaser only. This warranty is void if the unit is modifi ed in any manner from its original design. No warranty extensions are
available from KBL or any of its dealers / distributors under any circumstances.
If all warranty cards are not fi lled out completely and returned to KBL within 30 days from the date of install, your warranty will be void.
