In order to maintain operational safety, the
tanning device must be subjected to peri-
odic inspections by KBL customer service
or an approved specialist company every 12
months from the time of commissioning (in
accordance with 2009/104/EC concerning
the minimum safety and health requirements
for the use of work equipment by workers at
work). Inspection and maintenance work
must be entered in the inspection and oper-
ating logbook of the tanning device! (KBL
item number: 1100117110).

service
If the tanning device has been in use for
more than 10 years, it must be completely
overhauled by trained and authorised spe-
cialist personnel.
Recommissioning
If the tanning device has not been used for a
longer period of time, it must be checked by
trained and authorised specialist personnel
before being put into operation again.

The function of these switches must be
tested each time the UV filters are removed/
installed!
