Troubleshooting
Under normal operation
The following conditions are normal and represent no cause for alarm. Continue using the unit as normal.
Increasing surrounding
temperature as the unit
operates.

The unit is not equipped with a cooling function, and
naturally generates some heat during operation.
Also, with doors and windows closed, the temperature
rises not only due to the unit, but also any combination
of heat sources inside the room. This may cause the
room temperature to rise from 3 to 8
℃
.
→
Set the unit to "Auto" mode.
("Auto" mode is the most effective operation mode in
minimizing room temperature raised.)

Is the filter clogged?

Clean the filter.

Are the air intake or outlet blocked by something?
→
Make sure there is nothing blocking the air
intake and outlet.

Timer 4-hour light flashing
If the problem still persists,
contact the store where the unit was purchased for repairs.

The unit would operate in rooms with at least
20% of humidity.

Is the unit tipped over?
→
1. Disconnect the power plug and set the unit back
upright. (Wipe away any spilled water.)
2. Let the unit stand for half a day or more without
using it (to dry the unit completely in case any water
has spilled inside)
3. Insert the power plug again and restart the unit.
Is the unit tilted or has if fallen over?
→
Disconnect the power plug and then reconnect it.
Have any magnets or metallic objects been placed on top
of the unit?
