Each KE2 SmartGate is natively
secured from the factory with a unique
password to prevent undesired access.
It is provided on the label attached
to the bottom side of the device. The
password may be changed by the user
if desired by selecting the Password
option under the System tab.

They will then need to enter the
current password (Old Password),
then the New Password as well as
Confirm the New Password to prevent
accidental misspellings.

System Log

The Log tab provides the system log. The system log is
used to provide information when troubleshooting. When
contacting KE2 Technical Support a copy of the log may be
requested.
