REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THERMOPILE
FOR AA, AAHI & CM FRYERS
PART #022770*
REMOVAL:
1.
Unscrew and remove thermopile bulb from bracket.
2.
Unscrew thermopile capillarys from millivolt gas valve.
REPLACEMENT:
1.
Uncoil new thermopile carefully.
2.
Install connectors on the thermopile to the millivolt gas valve. (as shown in
wiring diagram.)
a. One connector goes to the TP screw on the millivolt control valve.
b. The other connector goes to the TH-TP screw on the millivolt control
valve.
NOTE: THESE ARE SCREW CONNECTORS
*THIS THERMOPILE PART #022770 REPLACES THE THERMOPILE PART #002567.
