A.5 Hydrological data for the liquid cooling
Note:
The "liquid cooling" device model is in preparation.
CAUTION!
Damage to the device due to detrimental ambient conditions!
The device may be irreparably damaged due to detrimental ambient
conditions during operation!

The temperature of the cooling plate is not allowed to be more than 10 °C below the
ambient temperature.
Note:
Adequate cooling medium heat dissipation is to be ensured by the user. The
cooling medium is to be approved by KEBA if it differs from the information
stated below.

Coolant quality
Recommended: Tap water + corrosion inhibitor (e.g. 20 % ethylene glycol)

Contamination
The coolant must be as pure as possible to ensure the channels are not
clogged.
If there is a suspended matter concentration of more than 15 mg/dm³, continu-
ous purification is recommended.
Coolant temperature
The coolant temperature can be between 5 °C and 40 °C. However, the coolant
temperature should not be more than 10 °C below the ambient temperature to
prevent condensation on the heat sink.

Note:
The user is to ensure the requirements on devices with liquid cooling as per
DIN EN 61800-5-1 are met. On this issue pay attention in particular to the
requirements in chapter 3.5 and 3.6.
A.6 Certification
A.6.1
CE certification
The ServoOne CM-A active supply unit and the ServoOne CM-L charging module
conform to the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EC and the product
standard EN 61800-5-1.
The ServoOne CM-A active supply unit and the ServoOne CM-L charging module thus
conform to the requirements for installation in a machine or plant under the terms of the
Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
The ServoOne CM-A active supply unit and the ServoOne CM-L charging module are
accordingly CE marked. The CE marking on the rating plate indicates conformity with the
above directives.

UL certification (in preparation)
You will find information on the certification according to UL 61800-5-1 for the SO CM-A
active supply unit BG3 in the document "UL-Certification" ID no.: 0927.21B.x.
