Removal of EVABarrier Tubing from push in Fittings
1.
Remove the blue locking circlip on the collet of the push in fitting.
2.
Press the collet into the push in fitting and at the same time pull back on the hose.
Insertion of EVABarrier Tubing into push in Fittings
1.
Use a sharp knife or 2 in 1 tube cutter to ensure the tube has a clean, straight cut with no
burs. Do not cut at an angle.
2.
Push the tube into the push in fitting ensuring that the tubing is pushed in past the o-ring to
its full depth.
3.
Check for a good connection by gently pulling back on the tube. If the tube comes out of the
push in fitting, reinsert into the fitting ensuring the tube is pushed far enough into the
fitting.
