2.3.2 AC Breaker
AC breaker is the connection switch of PCS and power grid, the detailed position is as shown in

9 .When the PCS works normally, the AC breaker should be ON.
In following conditions, the AC breaker must be disconnected.
While installing, the AC breaker must be OFF.
While maintenance, the AC breaker must be OFF and wait for 20min and make sure the voltage
less than 10V, which is to avoid electric shock.
It is strictly prohibited to disconnect the AC breaker when PCS works normally, which is to avoid
damaging the breaker caused by arc, even damaging the PCS.
External Wiring Terminal Bar
The external wiring terminal bar of the PCS is as shown in Figure2-8. The main function is to
provide connection ports for the control and feedback signal of external contactor, the RS485
communication of upper-computer and BMS communication, the definition as shown in Table2-3, 0.
