Possible reason
Solution
IEC61850 remote
communication
abnormal
1.
The
wiring
of
remote
communication is not in
good connection.
2.
The address and baud rate of
PCS is not in accordance
with that of upper-computer
1.
Check
if
the
connection
of
communication
wire
is
in
good
connection and not reversed connected.
2.
Set the address and baud rate properly.
IEC104
remote
communication
abnormal
1.
The
wiring
of
remote
communication is not in
good connection.
2.
The address and baud rate of
PCS is not in accordance
with that of upper-computer
1.
Check
if
the
connection
of
communication
wire
is
in
good
connection and not reversed connected.
2.
Set the address and baud rate properly.
Phase
lock
abnormal
Grid abnormal
Check the grid, if the phase lock still
abnormal after grid recover normal, please
contact manufacturer in time.
PCS
hardware
over-current
1.
AC output is short-circuit.
2.
Inner compenent fault.
1.
Check if there is short-circuit on AC
output wires.
2.
Contact the manufacturer in time.
DC over-current
DC current is larger than
allowable max. DC current.
Contact the manufacturer in time.
Output
voltage
abnormal
Inner component fault.
After the PCS discharge completely, check
if the inner control PCB is fault.
Output
voltage
does not meet the
off-line
condition.
The
grid-tied/off-grid
mode
setting error.
Check if the setting of grid-tied/off-grid
mode is right, if setting right but the fault
still exist, please contact the manufacturer in
time.
Short-circuit
protection.
AC output is short-circuit.
1.
Check the AC output cables and see it
there is any short-circuit.
2.
Contact the manufacturer in time.
Parallel
1.
The connection of parallel Connect the communication wires properly.
