Details
This user module performs a capacitance versus voltage staircase sweep. An example of its use is
shown in
(on page C-6). In this example, the Model 4284A or Model 4980A outputs a
linear staircase voltage sweep from +3 V to
−
4 V in 50 mV steps. As shown in the C-V linear staircase
sweep figure in
(on page C-6), a capacitance measurement is made on each step of the

If a switch matrix to route signals is being controlled by a connection action UTM (for example,
connect
), there is no need to connect
LoPin

. Set these parameters to 0.
