4210-CVU project example
The following example shows you how to use the 4210-CVU in a project to make a capacitance
measurement.
The example assumes you have a 4210-CVU connected to a test fixture as described in
4210-CVU test connections to a DUT
(on page 4-6).
In this test, you sweep the DC bias from
−
5 V to 5 V in 0.2 V steps, with a 1 MHz capacitance
measurement made at each step.
