When starting pcNav for the first time, the warning in the following figure is displayed. Click
OK
and
continue the configuration (the device will be initialized when the chuck is homed).

Since the platen moves to make or break contact between the pins and pad, selecting
Auto
Raise
will automatically separate the pins from the pads.
Auto Lower
will allow automatic contact.
2. Select Auto Raise on the pcNav Tools window.
3. Select Anti-backlash on the pcNav Prb8860 window.
