default GPIB address is set to 28.

Modify the prober configuration file
The default prober configuration file is shown below. As shown, the file is configured for use with a
GPIB communications setup. Use a text editor such as Microsoft
®
Notepad to work with this file if
needed.
On the 4200A-SCS, the configuration file is at
C:\s4200\sys\dat\prbcnfg_CM500.dat
