rev-ivsweep test
Make sure the solar cell is connected to the 4200-SMU (see
(on page 4-94)).
This test uses a SMU to perform a reversed-bias voltage sweep. Current is measured on each step of
the sweep. An I (absolute value) versus V graph is generated from the collected data.
When the test is started, the SMU sweeps from 0 V to
−
600 mV in
−
5 mV steps. A total of 121 current
measurements are made.

cvsweep-solarcell test
Make sure the solar cell is connected to the 4210-CVU (see
(on page 4-5)).
This test uses a CVU to perform a capacitance voltage sweep on a solar cell. Capacitance is
measured on each step of the sweep. A C versus V graph is generated from the collected data.

Cp_AC: Measured parallel capacitance.
•
Cp_AC: Measured conductance.
•
DCV_AC: Forced DC bias voltage.

F_AC: Forced test frequency.
