The figure below shows example a waveform measurement with pre-data and post-data. Pre-data is
extra data taken before the rise time of the pulse; post-data is extra data taken after the fall time.

Use the
pulse_sample_rate
command to set the sampling rate for pulse measurements.
Before calling the
pulse_meas_timing
command, use the
pulse_meas_sm
or
pulse_meas_wfm
command to configure the measurement type.
