autoranging up and down to allow a multiple SourceMeter con

. This process will be done only once per
INIT, READ?, or MEAS? command. The soak time is especially useful for
low current measurements when multiple down-range changes from the
higher ranges are required.

trol the pulse width of limit test output patterns that are sent to component handlers. Limit tests
