Integra Series
Quick Start Guide
CAUTION
The maximum input for the mainframe is 1000V peak. However,
if a measure switch module (e.g., module 7700) is installed, the
maximum allowable input voltage for the system (including the
mainframe) is degraded to the maximum voltage rating of the
card. The maximum signal levels for the Model 7700 switching
module are listed in
on
.

Integra measurement capabilities
Model 7700 switching module capabilities
The Model 7700 has 20 input channels (1 through 20) for all Integra measure-
ments, except amps. For 2-wire measurements, any of these 20 2-pole input
channels can be connected (via relay switches) to the DMM of the mainframe. For
4-wire measurements (e.g.,
Ω
4), the channels are paired. Input channels 1
through 10 are paired to sense channels 11 through 20. When an input channel
(e.g., 1) is closed, the paired sense channel (e.g., 11) also closes to connect the
4-wire input to the input and sense terminals of the DMM.
For amps measurements, two dedicated channels (22 and 23) are provided to
measure current. For temperature measurements, the switching module has a
built-in cold (reference) junction that allows thermocouples to be connected
directly to the screw terminals (channels 1 through 20) of the module.
