Introduction
All of the instruments in the equipment rack are connected to one power distribution unit (PDU),
which is in the back of the cabinet.
Check that all line cords for the system cabinet are connected to AC power line receptacles.
Make sure the PDU circuit breaker on the back of the cabinet is in the ON position (see the
following figure). If the circuit breaker is tripped, turn it OFF and then turn it back ON.

On the front of the system, turn the POWER switch to the ON position. The POWER switch is on the
front door of the cabinet. Make sure the system computer and monitor are also turned on before
attempting to use the S530 system and any software.
