Set the oscilloscope as follows:

6.
Set the channel under test (CUT) to the 100% FS output voltage.
7.
Set the CUT to the 100% FS output current.
8.
Turn the DUT output on.
WARNING.
Do not touch the load resistor. The load resistor may become hot
enough to cause burns.
9.
Enter the oscilloscope measurements into the table for checking current noise.
(See Table 25 on page 22.)
10.
Power off the DUT and test equipment.
This completes the check for one channel. If needed, return to step 1 to run
through the check for the next channel.
