Output current accuracy
Series 2600 output current accuracy 100nA and higher
Follow the steps below to verify that the Series 2600 output current accuracy is within specified
limits.
NOTE
An alternate procedure for 100nA current accuracy is shown in the
1nA to 100nA Output current accuracy procedure for the 2635/2636.
1. With the power off, connect the digital multimeter to the Series 2600 output terminals, as
shown in
2. Select the multimeter DC current measuring function.
3. Select the Model 2602/2612/2636 single-channel display mode.
4. Press the Series 2600 SRC key to source current, and make sure the source output is
turned on.
