Detaching the Pickup
IMPORTANT: Before detaching the pickup, make sure
that pickup hydraulic functions are all released.
Proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect hydraulic hoses (A) and wiring harness (B).
2. Lower pickup (C) to the ground.
IMPORTANT: Leave the pickup standing at a height
that allows the unit to be reattached to the
forage harvester at a later time. Never select
a height that is too low.
3. Shut off the engine, remove the key from key switch
and apply park brake.

4. At left and right, lower jackstands (A) and lock them
at a suitable height. Pull out spring-loaded pin (B)
and let it re-engage when the jackstand (A) is at the
correct height.
