Detaching the Pickup
IMPORTANT: Before detaching the pickup, make
sure that pickup hydraulic functions are
all depressurized.
Follow the instructions below:
1. Lower the pickup to the ground.
IMPORTANT: Leave the pickup standing at a height
that allows the unit to be re-attached to
the machine at a later time. Never select
a height that is too low.
2. Shut off the engine, remove the key from key switch
and apply park brake.
3. Unlatch handle (A), then disconnect the multicoupler
(B) from forage harvester.
4. Disconnect wiring harness (C) from forage harvester.

5. At left and right, lower jackstands (A) and lock them
at a suitable height. Pull out spring-loaded pin (B)
and let it re-engage when the jackstand (A) is at the
correct height.
