2 Product Description
2.1 General Description
Vico MT panel series devices are designed for use as a multi-touch control panel in industry and building
automation. By default, the panels feature a high-quality, high-resolution display with a large aspect angle
and a powerful Quad Core™ Arm® i.MX8 CPU.
The sturdy touch screen resides in an aluminium or stainless steel frame specifically designed for industrial
environments. Standard panel models provide IP65 protection at the front and are fit for installation in
switching cabinets or control desks.
Their operating system is embedded Linux (Yocto Distribution). The on-board Web Configurator provides
access to many different settings for the simple setup of your network, browser look and behaviour,
keyboard and language settings, a boot screen or screen saving showing your logo and many other
properties.

Create modern visualisations of machines and systems
straight in the CODESYS Development System and run Vico
HMI units to display them for operation or diagnosis. Note that
visualisation projects may but need not be linked to the logical
application (i.e. your IEC 61131-3 project). Instead, they may
connect to several different CODESYS-compatible control
units at the same time.

HTML5 Chromium browser
optimised for high performance in combination with a simple
and user-friendly configuration plus sophisticated software
add-ons for the specific needs of industry users.
