If your Notebook model is not listed in the Notebook Compatibility Chart:
• Review the power or ID plate on the label of your Notebook AC adapter. For
some models, the voltage is written on the back of the laptop or your
device. Example “Output 19VDC”.
Once you have selected the correct Voltage Plug, insert it into the the front
end of your Universal Car/Air Adapter. You will need to use Long-Nosed
Pliers to remove the Voltage Plug when changing the voltage for a different
Notebook.

Setting the Voltage on your Kensington Universal
Car/Air Adapter
Kensington provides a unique device to change the voltage. There are
four Voltage Plugs in this package. Select the correct one by referring to
the Notebook Compatibility Chart.
Caution: Please select the correct Voltage Plug for your Notebook before using.
Incorrect voltage selection could result in a risk of fire, injury to persons, or
damage to personal property.
