4.3 Crossrail operation and maintenance
4.3.1
Be sure to return the Z axis to the origin before moving the crossrail.
Crossrail operation
(1) The crossrail operation can only be in HANDLE mode and open the
MANUAL MODEL start button.
(2)
First select the position by selector.
(3) Press button (when screw is holding the light will light up and
then start to flicker.)
The motor start up or move down to the target position. The crossrail position
indicator will display the current location when the crossrail move.
When the comparison of the display position and knob number is correct,
crossrail left & right side location pin will immediately launched.

4.3.2 The crossrail maintenance mode
(1) When crossrail moving sudden crossrail stop in any position or crossrail move
motor fault, must crossrail maintenance node move crossrail to the 1~5 position.
(2) Keep relay 15.0, 15.1 and 15.2 set to 1.
This action is to start manual mode of crossrail.
(3) When the button, the crossrail brake will be released brake has been
released, the buttons indicator will blink)
Then press the button, the crossrail left side location pin launched.
Press button, the crossrail right side location pin launched.
