6.1 Safety precautions for maintenance

To avoid accidents, please follow the instructions below steps to ensure proper
operation and safety:
Start machine:
Check all oil pressure gauges are configured correctly.
Check the sliding surface, the amount of lubricants is appropriate or not.
If necessary, check the lubricants with bubbles or not.
Confirm the oil in gear box as the specified range.
Lubricants should be specified in accordance with Manual and replace it regularly.
As the power turned on, should warm machine by the speed of spindle table 50rpm,
and run the X-axis and Z-axis 10 minutes by the normal operating speed.
In order to avoid the work-piece, chuck, claw and sheet metal was hit and damaged
by the tools, should be particularly careful to complete the tool setting.
Chuck and claws should be fixed properly.
Make sure the work-piece is clamped tightly, and will not fly out, causing injury or
damage.
As select tool by hands, the door should be opened and switch selector in manual
Precautions before operating the machine:
Make sure the program is correct, especially the plus or minus sign and decimal
point of X-axis and Z axis.
Check cutting whether correct and safe or not.
Make sure the tool compensation value is right.
Check the lock button is in the "OFF" status.
Before work-piece processed, program test run first and check the tool path is
correct or not.
Before the cutting, check the rapid feed rate and cutting feed rate knobs are located
in the appropriate location.
AS over-travel switch on "100%", check the "G01" of feed rate.
If the program needs to be modified, please re-run the modified program in single
block mode after modifying.
Make sure the work-piece is clamped tightly, and will not fly out, causing injury or
damage.
Tool setting and test running:
Forbidden any abnormal sound. Check if loading table is working normal.
