Machinery lubrication for other parts
Coolant tank:
This unit installed below the Chip Cart, could be moved away from right side, so that
can clean inside parts easily and take away the wasted iron filings.
Push the coolant tank back to original position as cleaning finished.
Requirements for daily or periodic maintenance and inspection
Daily inspection:
Inject lubricants into tank through oil inlet again and should always confirm
besides check the filter be installed or not.
Before starting, check that the proper amount of lubricant flowed into the
slider. AS start the power, the initial lubricating will be performed automatically
by pump. If no proper lubricant in the slider, Force- presses the lubricating
bottom but not more than 1 minute.
Check the pump leaking or not.
Switch pressure value form maximum 2 kg/cm² to minimum 0 kg/cm² and
check the pressure value.
Check the pump, could open and close by manual.
heck the reducing rate of lubricants according the machine operation time.
heck the lubricants with air or not. If contains air, run pump and take off related
connector to exhaust air.
If run machine without lubricants, it will cause machine damage.
Periodic inspection
Open the shunt, check the lubricants, is there any pipe damage or loose joints.
Replace or clean the filter at least every year. Clean the filter by high press
air or cleaning agents. Do not use thinner or similar corrosive solvent to
clean filter.
Clean tank monthly and remove the dirt.
Using the kerosene or natural cleaning agent, do not use thinner, oil, or
other volatile compounds and triclosan solvent.
