After installation:
Using a special rust inhibitor to protect the machine, so before the operation, use a
soft brush or cloth with solvent or kerosene to clean all parts; especially lead screw,
rack and all the lighting surface, do not use oil or organic solvents to avoid fire or
explosion.
After removing rust oil, to give the machine proper lubrication, press the manual button
several times to determine the track has been lubricated completely.
Cleaning for machine daily operation
The floor around the machine should keep clean at any time and no obstacles in the
working area or waste oil on the floor.
As operation is completed, the operator should clean the inside and outside
operating area immediately.
Every three months or necessary, clean the used filter of oil tank, water tank and the
electric cooling fan. (If oil or coolant is not clean, can lead to oil or coolant unable to
supply, please clear filter immediately. if the inside temperature of electrical box
exceeds 25°C, the filter should be cleaned up immediately.
If the glass of safety door or protective cover of lights are not clean, and has affected
the operator's sight in operating area, use a soft brush or cloth with cleaner or
kerosene to clean.
Before Opening the security door, control or electrical box covers, make sure the
power is turned off. Before cleaning work, the working area should be safe.
As the safety metal sheet or other security components removed.
Do not start the machine.
