The handling of waste:
The handling of lubricating oil, coolant and iron filings must be in accordance with the
environmental protection regulation issued by local government.
Iron filings must be removed and collected in an appropriate and well-ventilated place.
Do not left the iron filings in the machine inside after working.
Regarding hoe to reduce the wasting amount of coolants, there are two ways for
reference, one is management, and another one is technical.
Daily operations, maintain good management, is the main method to extend the
life of the coolants.
Relevant management is as follows:
Using long life-type of coolant, and specify the personnel to manage it.
Good control in using status of coolants, such as the PH value, microbial, odor,
etc. It’s helpful for management.
Reduce pollution
The Main ways to extend coolant life is to improve the quality of the initial injection
of cooling water. For example, the water contains high hardness materials
(such as calcium and magnesium ions) to mix oil will reduce both of abilities in
emulsion and rust-proof. Especially calcium and magnesium ions will combine
with the lubricating oil into the glue. The situation easy to block pipe line and
filtering systems, the original life of the coolant will be reduced.
Therefore users in the economic circumstances allowed, can install the
ion- exchanger or buy high-purity water, such as distilled water.
Coolants used in this case, using high-quality water to mix with the oil,
thereby the coolant’s life-reducing factors can be deleted, such as hard / mineral
water problems can be ruled out.
Remove the iron filings period, can avoid coolants polluted due to oil leaking from
pipeline connections. At the same time, to save coolants as much as possible at
lower temperature, that can reduce the production of micro-organisms.
