The Filter Cartridge should be cleaned at least once in 15 days.

Basic troubleshooting
1. Remove the cartridge cap by turning it in the
anticlockwise direction.
2. Remove the filter cartridge.
3. Fill the 20ml syringe with pure water.
4. Fit the syringe into the hole provided in the
centre of cartridge and slowly inject water from
syringe into the cartridge. Dirty water if any,
flows out of the side hole provided on cartridge.
5. Repeat operation if required.
Backwashing the filter cartridge

1. Remove tap purifier from the faucet in
reverse order of installation.
2. Rinse the purifier with unfiltered tap water.
Do not use detergent, thinner or alcohol
to clean the surface.
3. Use a clean toothbrush to clean the
filtered water outlet and rinse off any
contamination under running tap water
and wipe well with a clean cloth.
4. Rinse the stainless steel screen and the
unfiltered water outlet using a clean
toothbrush.
5. Backwash the Filter Cartridge regularly
(Refer Backwashing the Filter Cartridge
).
Maintenance

or the body (during filtration).
Check whether cartridge is properly
