4-2-2 DIRECT SETTING
The set value can be input by using the LEVEL (dB) key @, the numeric keys
® , and the ENT key @.
1) When the LEVEL key ® I s pressed, d i g i t s a r e erased from the LEVEL
display and the ENT key's LED flashes.
2) Whi 1 e the ENT key's LED i s f l a s h i n g , use the numeric keys to enter the
desired l e v e l value. I f a wrong d i g i t i s entered, press the BS key ®
to erase the d i g i t s one by one s t a r t ing from the last input. Then enter
the correct value.
3) When the l e v e l value has been s e t , press the ENT key. When the ENT
key i s pressed, the output l e v e l value d i s p l a y e d on the d i s p l a y i s
output.
4) S e l e c t e i t h e r EMF dB// or dBm as output l e v e l unit by using the unit
displey selector switch @.
* I f a level value exceeding the range of the unit' s ratings i s entered, the
level display value w i l l return to the level value v a l i d before the input.
* During direct s e t t i n g , keys other than the numeric keys on the front panel
do not function.
* I f the ENT key i s not pressed a f t e r the s e t t ing and w h i l e i t s LED i s
f l a s h i n g , the set value returns to the value v a l i d before the input when
the LEVEL key © i s pressed again.
