8. RESET
8.1 RESET to factory settings (Type 01)
If a RESET to factory settings is carried out, the saved end positions are deleted.
A magnet is located on the side of the motor unit metal cover. Position this magnet on the marked
area on the motor unit for 2 seconds, and then remove it again (4., 4.1.).
The motor acknowledges this by travelling briefly in the up direction. The slats are carrying out an UP
movement.
Setting the top end position
(see also video instructions at www.Ludewig-gmbh.de)
Start the drive using the sensor button, and then release the sensor button again (4.2.). The slat
suspension now runs in the UP direction at low speed. The slats knock and then run downwards a
little (4.3.).
The top end point is now saved.
Setting the bottom end position
(see also video instructions at www.Ludewig-gmbh.de)
Start the drive using the sensor button, and then release the sensor button again (4.4.). The slat
suspension now runs in the DOWN direction at normal speed. The slats knock and then run upwards
a little (4.5.).
The bottom end point is now saved.
If you press the sensor button again, the complete slat suspension runs up to the top end position
(4.6., 4.7.).
Setting the intermediate position on the climber attachment
(if necessary)
(see also video instructions at www.Ludewig-gmbh.de)
A requirement for this process is that both UP and DOWN end positions are already programmed.
Before programming, run the climber attachment down (5., 5.1.). As soon as the climber has closed,
please disconnect it from the mains for 2 seconds (5.2.).
After reconnecting to the power supply (mains voltage is switched on) press the sensor (5.3.) and hold
it at the required position (5.4., 5.5., 5.6.).
DO NOT
release the sensor when it stops, but keep it pressed for 5 seconds (5.7.),
and for as long as is required until the drive starts up briefly in the UP direction and then stops again.
Intermediate position is saved.
